Dimitrios Zervas is a Malagasy-Greek chef, recognized for his fusion cuisine that blends Mediterranean flavors with the local influences of Madagascar. Growing up in an environment where food was at the heart of family culture, he developed a passion for gastronomy from an early age. After honing his skills in prestigious culinary schools, he settled in Madagascar, where he draws inspiration from local products and Malagasy culinary traditions. Chef Zervas is known for his ability to combine the richness of Mediterranean flavors with the unique ingredients of Madagascar. He places particular emphasis on fresh, seasonal produce, focusing on sustainability and the preservation of local resources.
